以胶东调水工程为例,深入剖析了当前该工程在安全隐患排查治理过程中面临的挑战与问题,并针对这些问题,提出了一系列精细化管理模式。旨在通过技术革新、管理优化、人员培训等措施实现同步推进,提升隐患排查的精度与效率,加快治理响应速度,加大执行力度,确保调水工程的安全隐患得到及时、有效的控制与处置,为同类水利工程的安全隐患排查治理提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Taking the Water Diversion to Jiaodong Project as a case,this paper deeply analyzes the current challengesand problems in the process of safely hidden danger investigation and control of the prgject. In response to theseproblems, a series of refined management modes are proposed, aiming to achieve synchronous advancement throughmeasures such as technological innovation, management optimization, and personnel training. These measures canimprove the accuracy and efliciency of hidden danger investigation, accelerate the response speed of goverance, andstrengthen the implementation intensity,so as to ensure that the safety hidden danger of the water diversion project arecontrolled and disposed of in a timely and effective manner, providing reference for the safely hidden danger investigationand control of similar water diversion projects.
