通过研究分析临沂市近年来水利工程建设管理的基本情况,对工程建设管理过程中存在的项目规划、资金保障、项目法人组建和工程建后管理等问题进行探讨，并提出几点建议,为类似项目建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:

By studying and analyzing the basic situation of the construction and management of water projects in LinyiMunicipality in recent years, this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of project construction andmanagemen, such as project planning, fund guarantee, establishment of projec! legal person and post-constructionmanagement of projects. It puts forward several suggestions, so as to provide reference for the similar projects.
