    摘要:

    渗流量是监测平原水库工程稳定性的重要指标,也是研究水库实际蓄水能力的重要特征参数。通过对棘洪滩水库建造结构及工程管理建设等论述,对平原水库大坝、输泄水建筑物、排导水、渗流观测等分析,研究影响水库渗流量的基本条件和因素,根据大坝实际渗流情况的分析结果,分断面、分层次,采用水力学计算和影响因子方法求解平原水库渗流量的近似值,根据雨水情监测及引供水量计算进行必要的统计经验修正,得出修正后的近似值,并通过计算机平台整合到数字孪生场景应用中,用修正的渗流量值指导水库安全及水量调度管理。

    Abstract:

    Seepage discharge is an important indicator for monitoring the stability of plain reservoir projects and a keycharacteristic parameler for studying the actual water storage capacily of reservoirs. By discussing the constructionstructure and engineering management of Jihongtan Reservoir, analyzing the plain reservoir dam, water diverting anddischarge structures, water drainage, and seepage observation, this paper studies the basic conditions and factorsalfecting the seepage discharge of the reservoir, According to the analysis results of the actual seepage situation of thedam, the approximate value of the seepage discharge of the plain reservoir is solved by section and layer using hydrauliccalculation methods and impact factor methods, Necessary statistical experience corrections are made based on rainfalland runoff monitoring and water diversion and supply calcularion to obtain the corrected approximate value. Thecorrected value is integrated into the digital twin scenario application through a computer platfor, and the correctedseepage discharge value is used to guide the safely and water regulation management of the reservoir project.
