摘要:

多年来,沂水县水土流失情况比较严重。自"两山"理论提出以来,沂水县积极践行新时代水土保持工作新要求，通过推进流域系统治理、创新经营机制驱动、提升梯田综合质量、创新宣传教育形式、推动水保惠民兴农、建设生态清洁流域等实效措施,加快补齐水土保持生态治理短板,水土流失面积由1117.76km²降至757.17km²,水土保持生态效益、经济效益、社会效益显著。

Abstract:

Over the years, Yishui County suffers severe soil erosion for a long time. Since the implementation of the "TwoMountains" Concept(.e. Green mountains and clear waters are as valable as gold),the county goverment has takenactions actively on soil and water conservation for the new requirements in the new era. Through effective measures suchas promoting systematic watershed improvement, driving development via innovative operation mechanisms, improvingthe comprehensive quality of terraced fields, innovating publicity and education formats, advancing soil and waterconservation for people's well-being and agricultural development,as well as constructing ecologically clean watersheds,Yishui has accelerated efforts to address weaknesses in ecological improvement of soil and water conservation.The areaaffected by soilerosion has decreased from 1117.76 km2 to 757.17 km2, achieving remarkable ecological,economic, andsocial benefits.
