费县作为国家级水土保持重点治理区，在小流域治理过程中积极践行习近平总书记的"两山论",通过以小流域为单元，对山、水、林、田、湖、草、沙进行系统治理;创新价值转化路径,注重产业融合;强化制度保障,通过构建政府、市场、村集体、农民多元共治机制等一系列措施,实现了当地生态资源向经济价值的有效转化。

Abstract:

As a national key area for soil and water conservation,Feixian County has earestly implemented President XiJinping's "Two Mountains"Concept in small watershed management.By taking small watersheds as the basic unit, it hascarried out systematic conservation and restoration of mountains, waters, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands, anddeserts, It has innovated ecological value conversion paths with a focus on industrial integration, strengthened mechanismsafeguards, and established a multi-stakeholder cooperation mechanism involving the government, market entities,village collectives, and local farmers. These comprehensive measures have effeetively transformed local ecologicalresources into economic value.
