经过多年建设,山东泰安市的防汛应急管理体系基本完成,在黄河下游的防汛管理中发挥了重要作用,但也暴露出一些问题。本文针对黄河下游防汛应急管理体系建设现状,分析存在的主要问题,包括防汛意识、抢险能力、 宣传演练、人员培训以及应急储备等,有针对性地提出了改进建议。

Abstract:

After years of construction, the flood control emergency management system in Tai 'an Municipality, Shandong Province has been basically completed and has played an important role in flood control management in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. However, some problems have also been exposed. In light of the current situation of the flood control emergency management system construction in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, this article analyzes the main existing problems, including flood control awareness, rescue capabilities, publicity and drills, personnel training, and emergency reserves, and puts forward targeted improvement suggestions.
