通过对瀛汶河莱芜区区段管理保护现状进行分析,在做好管、治、美、严四个方面的基础上,深入分析存在的问题,并从提升河道防洪韧性、解决河湖四乱问题、数字赋能河湖管理等方面,为下一步河道管理保护提出对策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the current situation of management and protection of the Laiwu Section of the Yingwen River, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of existing problems on the basis of well-implementing the four aspects of management, governance, enhancement and supervision. Moreover, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the next stage of river management and protection from the perspectives of improving river flood control resilience, solving the problems of "four disorders" in rivers and lakes, and empowering river and lake management with digital technologies.
