    摘要:

    新建小李家分洪道倒虹为小李家蓄滞洪区向小清河分洪的连通通道,依次穿越南水北调输水干渠、小清河左堤。结合工程交通、水文、地质等条件,确定了施工导流方案。主体工程施工期安排在非汛期内避免了小李家蓄滯洪区分洪的影响,橡胶坝充水围堰既降低了南水北调输水干渠停水后明水倒灌的风险,又减少了常规土质围堰对渠內水质的影响,小清河河道内围堰有效的阻止了小清河干流来水的倒灌,为分洪倒虹干地施工提供了必要的基础条件。

    Abstract:

    The newly-built Xiao Lijia Flood Diversion Inverted Siphon serves as a connecting channel for flood diversion from the Xiao Lijia flood storage and detention area to the Xiaoqing River, passing through the South-to-North Water Diversion main canal and the left dike of the Xiaoqing River in sequence. Determines the construction diversion scheme based on the engineering traffic, hydrological, geological and other conditions. The main project construction period is arranged in the non-flood season to avoid the impact of flood diversion in the Xiao Lijia flood storage and detention area. The rubber dam water-filled cofferdam not only reduces the risk of open water backflow after the water cutoff of the South-to-North Water Diversion main canal, but also reduces the impact of conventional earth cofferdams on the water quality in the canal. The cofferdam in the Xiaoqing River effectively prevents the backflow of water, providing necessary basic conditions for the dryland construction of the flood diversion inverted siphon.
