Abstract:To address the problems of overall lag in informatization construction, backward supervision methods, and limited supervision capacity in the operation and management of small reservoirs, guided by the top-level design of smart water in Shandong Province, and taking the safety management of small reservoirs as a breakthrough point, this paper comprehensively applies technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and digital twin to build a sound informatization management system for reservoirs. The system realizes the knowledgeization of data resources, intelligence of application systems, normalization of standard systems, and reliability of safety systems, so as comprehensively improve the quality of reservoir operation and management lenel.
