摘要:

为解决小型水库运行管理信息化建设总体滞后、监管手段落后、监管能力有限等问题,以山东省智慧水利顶层设计为指导,以小型水库安全管理为突破口,综合运用物联网、云计算、数字李生等技术,搭建完善的水库信息化管理体系,实现数据资源知识化、应用系统智能化、标准体系规范化、安全体系可靠化,全面提升水库运行管理水平。

Abstract:

To address the problems of overall lag in informatization construction, backward supervision methods, and limited supervision capacity in the operation and management of small reservoirs, guided by the top-level design of smart water in Shandong Province, and taking the safety management of small reservoirs as a breakthrough point, this paper comprehensively applies technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and digital twin to build a sound informatization management system for reservoirs. The system realizes the knowledgeization of data resources, intelligence of application systems, normalization of standard systems, and reliability of safety systems, so as comprehensively improve the quality of reservoir operation and management lenel.
