广饶县推进地下水超采治理的经验做法

Experience and Practices of Promoting Groundwater Over-extraction Control in Guangrao

为做好地下水保护工作,实现地下水采补平衡,东营市广饶县以顶层设计为工作布局,以综合举措为推进手段,以生态修复与保护为主要目的,通过“节、压、补”等地下水超采治理措施,统筹抓好工业水源转换、现代水网建设、节水控水行动等工作,探索出了一条极具县域特色的地下水资源保护与利用新路子。

Abstract:

To effectively protect groundwater and achieve the balance between groundwater extraction and recharge, Guangrao County of Dongying Municipality has adopted top-level design as the overall layout, comprehensive measures as the promotion methods, and ecological restoration and protection as the main objectives. Through groundwater over-extraction control measures such as "water conservation, extraction reduction, and recharge enhancement", the county has coordinated the transformation of industrial water sources, the construction of a modern water grid, and water-saving and water-control actions, exploring a new path for groundwater protection and utilization with distinct county-level characteristics.
