    摘要:

    HEC-RAS 是美国陆军工程兵团工程水文中心(Hydrologic Engineering Center)开发的河道水力计算程序 (River Analysis System)。文章以灵丘县柳科乡为例,利用HEC-RAS 一维水动力模型对临河集镇防洪能力进行分析。 HEC-RAS 在推演山洪沟一维水面线以确定防护对象成灾水位有较好的适用性,结合成灾水位反推成灾流量,确定防洪能力,可为山洪灾害预警、防灾意识普及等工作提供科学、全面的信息支撑。

    Abstract:

    HEC-RAS is a River Analysis System developed by the Hydrologic Engineering Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The paper taking Liuke Township of Lingqiu County as an example, the flood control capacity of Linheji town is analyzed by using HEC-RAS-based one-dimensional hydrodynamic model. HEC-RAS has good applicability in calculating the one-dimensional water surface line of mountain trench to determine the disastrous water level of the protected object, and in combination with the disastrous water level to deduce the disastrous flow reversely, which can determine the flood control capacity. This method can provide scientific and comprehensive information support for mountain flood disaster warning, disaster prevention awareness popularization, etc.
