以“两山论”提出二十周年为背景,聚焦宁阳县彩石小流域水土保持生态建设实践。通过梳理宁阳县水土流失治理概况,深入剖析彩石小流域在党建、规划、技术、模式等方面的创新经验和实践探索,分析其生态、经济、民生效益,为同类地区提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In view of the 20th anniversary of the implementation on the "Two Mountains Theory", this paper focuses on the practice of soil and water conservation ecological construction in Caishi Small Watershed of Ningyang County. By sorting out the general situation of soil and water loss control in Ningyang County, it deeply analyzes the innovative experiences and practical explorations in planning, technology, models and other aspects, and studies its ecological, economic and people's livelihood benefits, so as to provide references for similar regions.
