Exploration and Analysis of the River and Lake Chief Management Mechanism in Dezhou

摘要:

结合德州市全面实行河湖长制工作,阐述了德州市河湖长制重点内容、方法路径以及取得成效,并对河湖管护责任、保障体系等方面存在的问题进行分析,提出建议对策。

Abstract:

Based on the full implementation of the River and Lake Chief System in Dezhou Municipality, this paper expounds the key contents, methods and paths as well as the achieved effects of the system in Dezhou. It also analyzes the existing problems in river and lake management responsibilities, guarantee systems and other aspects, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
