济宁市河湖长制工作探索与思考

Exploration and Reflections on the Implementation of the River and Lake Chief System in Jining

摘要:

近年来,济宁市牢固树立“河长制工作必须一以贯之”的指导思想,大力践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”发展理念,大力促进河长制工作走深走实,有能有效,突出南四湖“一个重点”,京杭运河、黄河“两条主线”,统筹兼顾中小河流,以分类处置河湖问题为导向,不断提升河湖管护成效。文章总结提炼了济宁市河湖长制工作的做法经验,以供参考。

Abstract:

In recent years, adhering firmly to the guiding principle that "the River and Lake Chief System must be consistently implemented", it practices the development concept vigorously that "clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as assets", which promotes the in-depth and effective implementation of the River and Lake Chief System in Jining Municipality. Focusing on Nansi Lake as "one key area" and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Yellow River as "two mainstream", the Jining government gives overall consideration to small and medium-sized rivers, takes classified treatment of river and lake problems as the orientation, and continuously improves the effectiveness of river and lake management and protection. The practices and experience of Jining in promoting the River and Lake Chief System are summarized for reference.
