黄河下游滩区引水管理一直是黄河水资源管理的薄弱环节,针对滩区无序引水、无计量引水、无计费用水等问题,文章在深入调查现状和原因分析的基础上,探讨利用行政手段和经济杠杆规范滩区引水管理的对策。

Abstract:

The water diversion management in the floodplain area of the lower reaches of the Yellow River has always been a weak link in the management of the Yellow River's water resources. Aiming at the problems such as disorderly water diversion, unmeasured water diversion and water use without metering fees in the floodplain area, based on an in-depth investigation of the current situation and analysis of the causes, this paper explores the countermeasures of using administrative methods and economic levers to standardize the water diversion management in the floodplain area.
