胶东调水工程烟台段建筑物种类多、线路长、任务重,工程安全运行的难度较大。文章以胶东调水工程烟台段为例,探讨"六项机制"建设工作方法,对工程运行中的危害事件进行全过程、全方位地管控,有效遏制和防范各类事故的发生,为其他调水工程"六项机制"建设提供参考。

Abstract:

The Yantai Section of the Water Diversion to Jiaodong Area Project features a wide variety of structures, a long route, and heavy tasks, making the safe operation of the project quite challenging. Taking this section as an example, this paper discusses the construction method of the "Six Mechanisms", implementing full-process and all-round control over dangerous events during project operation. This effectively curbs and prevents the occurrence of various accidents, providing a reference for the construction of the "Six Mechanisms" in other water diversion projects.
