Abstract:As a type of water-retaining structure, rubber dams are widely used in water project and water-based scenic area development due to their advantages such as simple structure, convenient maintenance, and low operating costs. However, the self-collapse of rubber dam bags often occurs during operation, failing to meet the design water storage level requirements. Therefore, based on the problems found in daily operation and management, combined with the installation and construction technology of rubber dam bags, this paper analyzes the causes of self-collapse and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
