Abstract:Taking five built water projects in the Weihe River Basin as examples, based on the analysis of runoff characteristics, permitted water volume, ecological flow approval and current dispatching operation, the QP method and Tennant method are used to calculate the ecological flow targets of the projects, and the beneficial regulation calculation as well as the ecological flow satisfaction analysis are carried out. Combined with the tasks of agricultural irrigation and contingent water diversion undertaken by the projects, the ecological flow targets are optimized. The research results have reference value for maintaining river health and ensuring water ecological security in the Weihe River Basin, and also provide experience for Shandong Province to promote the verification of ecological flow for built projects.
