    以潍河流域5个已建水利工程为例,在分析径流特征、许可水量、生态流量审批与调度运行现状的基础上,采用QP法和Tennant法核算工程生态流量目标,并进行兴利调节计算与生态流量满足程度分析。结合工程承担的农业灌溉及相机调水任务,对生态流量目标予以优化。研究结果对维护潍河流域河流健康、保障水生态安全具有参考价值,也为山东省推进已建水利工程生态流量核定工作提供经验借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Taking five built water projects in the Weihe River Basin as examples, based on the analysis of runoff characteristics, permitted water volume, ecological flow approval and current dispatching operation, the QP method and Tennant method are used to calculate the ecological flow targets of the projects, and the beneficial regulation calculation as well as the ecological flow satisfaction analysis are carried out. Combined with the tasks of agricultural irrigation and contingent water diversion undertaken by the projects, the ecological flow targets are optimized. The research results have reference value for maintaining river health and ensuring water ecological security in the Weihe River Basin, and also provide experience for Shandong Province to promote the verification of ecological flow for built projects.
