    摘要:

    小清河防洪综合治理工程滨海区段施工清表期间发现现状堤内脚存在较厚淤泥层, 为保证堤防填筑施工质量,对该段复杂地质情况提出了堤基基础处理方案。对不良堤基抛石挤淤,将堤脚高程抛至淤泥顶高程,上覆一层土工格栅,以上用素土分层夯实,然后按规范要求筑堤,坡脚处设置齿墙和格宾石笼防冲,堤防迎水坡采用闭孔连锁砖防护。堤基处理后,堤防运行良好,未发现沉降、裂缝等问题。

    Abstract:

    During the surface cleaning construction of the coastal section of the Xiaoqing River Flood Control and Comprehensive Improvement Project, a thick silt layer was found at the inner foot of the existing dyke. To ensure the construction quality of dyke filling, a foundation treatment scheme was proposed for the complex geological conditions of this section. For the problematic dyke foundation, the measure of rubble compaction to displace silt was adopted: the elevation of the dyke foot was filled to the top elevation of the silt layer, covered with a layer of geogrid, and then plain soil was tamped in layers on top. After that, the dyke was built in accordance with specifications. A cutoff wall and gabion cages were set at the slope foot for erosion control, and the water-facing slope of the dyke was protected with closed-cell interlocking bricks. After the dyke foundation treatment, the dyke has been operating well, with no issues such as settlement or cracks observed.
