Research on Digital Application of Flood Defense Scheme for Zhu Zhaoxin River

At present, the digital application of flood defense schemes for various water projects in Shandong Province is relatively low. In practical application, a large amount of two-dimensional table data lacks intuitive geographical information and time elements, which reduces the practicality of the schemes. Based on paper version, the digitization of flood defense schemes takes river basins as units, various working mechanisms as preset conditions of the system, such as flood control early warning, dispatching rules and response operations. It structurally decomposes the contents of the schemes, establishes a digital flood control scheme database, realizes friendly display and rich interaction of classified information, and can assist in generating emergency schemes. When external impacts meet the response initiation conditions, the system automatically connects and matches the scheme database, determines and generates the emergency response level, and forms a work list. The research results take Zhu Zhaoxin River as the research object, and specifically expound on the construction content, research process and application effect of the digital system for the flood control scheme of the River, aiming to provide a reference for the formulation of flood defense schemes for other key rivers.
