烟台市推进水土保持工作的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Promoting Soil and Water Conservation in Yantai

摘要:

立足烟台市自然条件和水土流失现状,总结了烟台市在水土流失综合治理、生产建设项目水土保持监管等方面的做法、成效及存在的问题,提出了深化系统治理、完善监管体系、创新投管机制等高质量推进水土保持工作的建议。

Abstract:

Based on the natural conditions and status quo of soil erosion in Yantai Municipality, this paper summarizes the practices, achievements and existing problems in the comprehensive control of soil erosion and the supervision of soil and water conservation for production and construction projects. It puts forward suggestions including deepening systematic management, improving the supervision system, and innovating investment and management mechanisms, for high-quality promotion of soil and water conservation.
