Abstract:In recent years, with continuous national attention and substantial investment, Yellow River professional mobile emergency rescue teams have achieved remarkable progress in staffing and technical capabilities, emerging as a critical force in flood control and emergency rescue along the Yellow River. Nevertheless, numerous challenges persist in daily management. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current management situation and existing problems of the teams, and puts forward targeted and operable optimization suggestions, aiming to effectively enhance emergency rescue management capacity, and build a solid barrier for flood control of the Yellow River.
