    摘要:

    以胶东调水工程为研究对象,对历年来冰期运行时间进行了回溯统计,并分析了调水期与冰期的关系,提出加强工程冰期风险辨识和防控的重要性。同时对工程范围内的输水明渠、渡槽工程、提水泵站及压力管涵进行冰期风险分析,重点对输水明渠和渡槽工程结冰的过程、原理、趋势和危害进行阐述,对提水泵站和压力管涵此类受冰期影响较小的工程进行简略性冰期潜在危害阐述,并针对性地提出了渠道、渡槽、泵站及管涵在冰期运行时的各类有效防控措施。

    Abstract:

    Taking the Water Diversion Project to Jiaodong Area as the research object, this paper retrospectively statistics the operation duration in ice periods over the years, analyzes the relationship between water diversion periods and ice periods, and puts forward the importance of strengthening risk identification, prevention and control during the ice period of the project. Meanwhile, ice period risk analysis is carried out on open channels, aqueducts, pumping stations and pressure culverts within the project scope. The formation process, mechanism, trend and hazards of icing in open channels and aqueducts are emphatically expounded, while the potential ice-induced hazards of pumping stations and pressure culverts are briefly described, which are less affected by ice periods. Correspondingly, effective prevention and control measures for channels, aqueducts, pumping stations and culverts during ice period operation are proposed.
