黄河下游灌区高质量发展存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures for High-quality Development of Irrigation Districts in the Lower Yellow River

摘要:

黄河下游地区是我国的粮食主产区、重要的粮棉油生产基地和生态安全屏障。文章分析了黄河下游灌区高质量发展的核心制约因素,从河势稳定、资源集约利用、灌区基础设施建设、能源优化及生态保护等方面提出对策建议,为黄河流域可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract:

The lower reaches of the Yellow River is China's major grain-producing area, an important production base of grain, cotton and oil crops, and a critical ecological security barrier. This paper analyzes the core restrictive factors constraining the high-quality development of the irrigation areas in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of river regime stability, intensive utilization of water resources, irrigation district infrastructure construction, energy optimization and ecological protection, providing references for the sustainable development of the Yellow River Basin.
