Discussion on Water Use Statistics of Mining Enterprises under the Water Use Statistical Survey System

为科学统计区域用水总量,指导水资源合理配置,本文对《用水总量汇总技术方案》中采矿企业用水量的统计方法进行探讨,从水量统计方法、采矿企业用水流程、现行政策、矿井突水、矿井水来源和水质等方面进行分析,指出该方法存在政策冲突和用水量核算不合理的问题,分析了对区域用水总量核算的影响,并提出相关建议。

Abstract:

To calculate the total regional water use scientifically and guide the rational allocation of water resources, this paper discusses the statistical method of water consumption of mining enterprises specified in the Technical Scheme for Aggregation of Total Water Use. It analyzes such aspects as water volume statistical approaches, water use processes of mining enterprises, current policies, mine water inrush, sources and water quality of mine water. The paper points out the problems of policy conflicts and unreasonable water consumption accounting in the method, analyzes its impact on the accounting of total regional water use, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
