Study on Joint Dispatching of Flood Control Project of the Benghe River in Linyi

摘要:

祊河作为沂河的一级支流,是临沂市辖区内重要的山洪河道。本文通过对祊河流域重要水利工程走访调研,总结分析出祊河水库、河道及闸坝等防洪工程的联合调度模式,复盘2023年祊河流域防洪调度典型案例,研究整理了调度过程中防汛信息化能力、闸坝联合调度和非工程体系方面存在的问题,并提出改进措施。

Abstract:

As a category 1 tributary of the Yihe River, the Benghe River is an important mountain flood channel in Linyi Municipality. Based on field investigations of key water projects in the Benghe River basin, this paper analyzes and summarizes the joint dispatching mode of flood control projects such as reservoirs, river channels and sluice dams in the basin. It reviews the typical case of flood control dispatching in the Benghe River basin in 2023, studies and sorts out existing problems in flood control informationization, joint dispatching of sluice dams and non-engineering systems during the dispatching process, and proposes the improvement measures.
