寿光市推进节水优先的实践与思考

Practices and Reflections on Advocating Water Conservation Priority in Shouguang

摘要:

近年来,寿光市深入贯彻落实"节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力"治水思路,全面推进县域节水型社会达标建设,积极开展节水载体创建,创新节水宣传方式,建立完善节水管理制度,强化计划用水监督管理,推进企业节水技术改造,水资源利用效率明显提升。文章在总结工作成效和分析面临问题基础上,提出意见建议,为类似地区节水型社会建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:

In recent years, it has thoroughly implemented the water improvement concept of "priority on water saving, balance in space, improvement systematically, and efforts jointly" in Shouguang City. It has comprehensively advanced the compliance construction of a county-wide water-saving society, actively developed water-saving demonstration entities, innovated water-saving publicity methods, improved water-saving management systems, strengthened planned water use supervision, and promoted technological transformation of water conservation in enterprises, achieving a significant improvement in water resource utilization efficiency. Summarizing the achievements and analyzing the existing problems, this paper proposes relevant suggestions to provide a reference for the construction of water-saving societies in similar regions.
