摘要:

引调水工程在实际施工进程中和运行管理期间经常遭遇施工环境不断变化、技术工艺繁杂以及安全管控风险程度高等问题。文章讲述了水利安全生产标准化管理体系在规范施工作业流程、把控安全隐患以及保障工程有序开展等方面所发挥的关键作用。选取山东省引黄济青工程和胶东地区引黄调水工程成功创建水利安全生产标准化一级项目作为典型实例,详细分析标准化管理在调水工程实践中的具体施行途径,并且重点探讨了体系对提升工程安全管理水平以及运行效率的实践意义。

Abstract:

Water diversion projects face changing construction environments, complex technologies and high safety control risks frequently during construction and operation management. This paper expounds the vital role of the water safety production standardization management system in standardizing construction procedures, eliminating potential safety hazards and ensuring smooth project operation. Taking 2 projects of the first-class standardized safety production projects of Yellow River Diversion to Qingdao Project and to Jiaodong Area Project as typical cases, it analyzes the specific implementation approaches of standardized management in water diversion projects, and discusses the practical significance of the system in improving project safety management and operational efficiency.
