Practice and Reflection on the Construction of Modern Water Grid in Junan

摘要:

对莒南县现代水网建设进行分析并指出存在问题,提出强化"四水统筹"水网建设、推进"数字孪生"水网建设和坚持"城乡一体"水网建设等重要举措,持续完善"主骨架"、畅通"微循环",全面推进现代水网建设,也为全国县域水网建设提供了可复制的示范经验。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the construction of the modern water grid in Junan County and points out existing problems. It puts forward important measures such as strengthening the construction of the water grid under the overall planning of water resources, water ecology, water safety and water culture, promoting the construction of digital twin water grid, and adhering to the integrated urban-rural water grid construction. The measures continuously improve "the main framework" and smooth "the microcirculation", comprehensively advance the construction of the modern water grid, and provide replicable demonstration experience for the construction of county-level water grid across the country.
