    摘要:

    农业节水增效是破解新疆水资源困境、保障生态安全与实现农业现代化的关键所在。新疆生产建设兵团第十二师面临着水资源短缺和农业用水效率底的双重困境。文章系统分析了该地区农业灌溉发展现状,深入剖析了农业节水面临的水资源承载力弱、农业用水效益偏低、基础设施存在短板、管理方式粗放以及节水意识不足等核心问题,并针对性地提出了对策建议,以期为该地区乃至整个兵团探索一条高效、可持续的农业节水发展路径提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Improving agricultural water conservation and efficiency is key to alleviating water resource shortages, ensuring ecological security and implementing agricultural modernization in Xinjiang. The 12th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) is confronted with dual dilemmas of water scarcity and low agricultural water use efficiency. This paper analyzes the current development of agricultural irrigation in the division systematically, probes into core problems restricting agricultural water conservation deeply, including weak water resources carrying capacity, low agricultural water use efficiency, inadequate infrastructure, extensive management and insufficient awareness of water conservation. Targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, aiming to provide a reference for exploring an efficient and sustainable path of agricultural water conservation for the 12th Division and even XPCC as a whole.
