肥城市翦云山生态清洁小流域综合治理实践

Practice on Comprehensive Improvement of Ecological Clean Small Watershed in Jianyun Mountain, Feicheng

肥城市翦云山小流域属于典型的山区小流域,存在水土流失严重、基础设施落后和生态环境脆弱等问题,肥城市实施了翦云山生态清洁小流域示范工程,将流域划分为生态恢复区、综合治理区和人居改善区,分区施策采取相应的水土保持措施。文章系统梳理了翦云山生态清洁小流域项目概况、采取措施、取得成效和经验做法,该治理模式针对性解决了鲁中低山丘陵区小流域治理的共性难题,为同类区域生态清洁小流域建设提供了可复制、可推广的实践经验。

Abstract:

The Jianyun Mountain Small Watershed in Feicheng City is a typical mountainous small watershed, which suffers from severe soil erosion, backward infrastructure and fragile ecological environment. Feicheng government implemented the demonstration project of ecological clean small watershed in Jianyun Mountain, dividing the watershed into ecological restoration zone, comprehensive improvement zone and human settlement improvement zone, and adopting corresponding soil and water conservation measures by zones. This paper systematically sorts out the project overview, adopted measures, achieved effects and practical experience of the Jianyun Mountain ecological clean small watershed. The management model has targeted the common problems of small watershed management in the low mountain and hilly areas of central Shandong, providing replicable and promotable practical experience for the construction of ecological clean small watersheds in similar areas.
