Analysis of Typical Cases of Hydrological Culture and Countermeasures for Innovative Development in Jinan

摘要:

为深入挖掘济南水文文化的时代价值,推动水文文化的保护、传承与发展,文章通过案例分析,展示了济南水文在名泉保护、水文工程、科普教育及水文历史等方面的创新融合实践,提出新时代济南水文文化建设应坚持人水和谐观,从制度文化、物质文化、精神文化3个层面进行部署,并与生态文化、现代科技、工程建设、媒体宣传及文明建设相结合,培育水文新质生产力,提升水文良好形象,扩大水文社会影响力。

Abstract:

To further explore the contemporary value of hydrological culture in Jinan and promote the protection, inheritance and development of hydrological culture, this paper adopts case analysis to demonstrate the innovative integrated practice of Jinan hydrology in famous spring protection, hydrological engineering, popular science education and hydrological history. Furthermore, it proposes that the construction of Jinan hydrological culture in the new era should adhere to the concept of human-water harmony, make arrangements from three dimensions of institutional culture, material culture and spiritual culture, and integrate with ecological culture, modern science and technology, engineering construction, media publicity and cultural and ethical progress. The study aims to foster new quality productive forces in hydrology, improve the public image of hydrological sectors and expand their social influence.
