针对新时期水利高质量发展及水文化建设的要求,论述了小清河水文化建设的必要性,分析了小清河水文化建设中存在的水文化整理系统性不够、普及手段不够丰富、保障措施不到位等问题,并提出了推进水文化建设的实施路径与措施建议,助力小清河水文化繁荣发展,为新时代小清河保护治理贡献智慧力量。

Abstract:

In response to the requirements of high-quality water development and water culture construction in the new era, this paper discusses the necessity of water culture construction in the Xiaoqing River, analyzes the existing problems such as insufficient systematicness in water culture collation, lack of diversified popularization methods and inadequate safeguard measures. Furthermore, it puts forward implementation paths and policy suggestions for promoting water culture construction, so as to boost the prosperity and development of water culture in the Xiaoqing River and contribute wisdom and strength to the protection and improvement of the Xiaoqing River in the new era.
