    摘要:

    文章从站网密度、布局、功能与监测能力4个方面,分析评价济宁市水文站网现状。结果表明:济宁市已建成类型齐全的监测网络,密度达到国际规范要求,有效支撑了防汛抗旱及水资源管理。但目前仍存在中小河流监测覆盖与能力不足、自动化水平不高等问题,未来应优化布局,全面提升自动化监测能力,支撑数字孪生流域与水安全建设。

    Abstract:

    This paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation of the hydrological station network in Jining Municipality from four aspects: station network density, layout, functions and monitoring capacity. The results show that it has established a full-range monitoring network whose density meets international standard requirements in Jining, effectively supporting flood control, drought relief and water resources management. Nevertheless, there are still deficiencies including insufficient monitoring coverage and capacity for small and medium-sized rivers, low level of automation level. In the future, it is necessary to optimize the layout and comprehensively improve the automatic monitoring capacity to underpin the construction of digital twin river basins and water security system.
