济南市莱芜区跨水库水资源优化配置实践

Practice on Optimal Allocation of Water Resources Across Reservoirs in Laiwu District, Jinan Municipality

摘要:

为破解济南市莱芜区水资源供需失衡、空间分布不均的突出难题,实施了雪野水库至大冶水库联通工程。文章从工程建设必要性、技术可行性、综合效益及运行优化四个维度展开系统分析。结果表明,工程投运后可显著提升城镇供水保证率,优化水资源配置格局,降低地下水超采风险,为同类跨流域、跨水库调水工程提供参考。

Abstract:

To address the prominent problems of unbalanced water supply and demand and uneven spatial distribution of water resources in Laiwu District, Jinan Municipality, a water connection project between Xueye Reservoir and Daye Reservoir has been implemented. This paper conducts a systematic analysis from four aspects: project necessity, technical feasibility, comprehensive benefits and operation optimization. The results show that it can greatly improve the guarantee rate of urban water supply, optimize the pattern of water resources allocation and reduce the risk of groundwater over-extraction after operation. It provides an reference for similar inter-basin and inter-reservoir water diversion projects.
