    摘要:

    农田道路及水利工程大坝坝顶道路承受车辆荷载及水分、温度等外界环境的反复作用, 路面极易产生裂缝、沉陷等病害。固化土注浆技术因施工便捷在道路加固中得到广泛应用。文章选取砂土、粉土及黏土3种典型土质,基于不同水泥掺量、压实度、养护时间等参数进行了室内压缩模量试验,分析了水泥浆液的固化效果。结果表明:掺入水泥浆液可显著提高土体强度,且处理砂土路基的应用效果明显优于粉土和黏土; 砂土路基的最佳水泥掺量约为7%,粉土和黏土路基的最佳水泥掺量约为5%~6%;为满足行车荷载要求,土体注浆处理后的最小养护龄期为7 d。

    Abstract:

    Farmland roads and dam crest roads are subjected to repeated vehicle loads as well as external environmental effects such as moisture and temperature, which easily induce pavement diseases such as cracks and subsidence. Solidified soil grouting technology has been widely applied in road reinforcement due to its convenient construction. Three typical soils, namely sand, silt and clay, were selected. Indoor compression modulus tests were carried out under different parameters including cement content, compaction degree and curing time to analyze the solidification effect of cement slurry. The results show that the addition of cement slurry can significantly improve soil strength, and the application effect on sand subgrade is obviously superior to that on silt and clay. The optimal cement content for sand subgrade is about 7%, while that for silt and clay subgrades is approximately 5%~6%. To meet the requirements of traffic load, the minimum curing age after soil grouting treatment is 7 days.
