Ideas and Measures for the Modernization Reconstruction of Weishan Irrigation District, Liaocheng

摘要:

大型灌区是保障我国粮食安全的主阵地,实施大型灌区现代化改造对保障国家粮食安全、促进现代农业发展有重大作用。文章系统分析大型引黄灌区位山灌区的基本情况、存在的问题,以问题、目标为导向,提出统筹实施灌排工程续建配套与改造、数字化建设、水生态保护修复、管理体制机制创新,构建“设施完善、节水高效、管理科学、生态良好”的现代化灌区思路举措,为其他灌区的现代化改造提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Large-scale irrigation districts are key to ensure China's food security. The modernization reconstruction of large-scale irrigation districts plays a significant role in safeguarding national food security and promoting the development of modern agriculture. This paper systematically analyzes the basic conditions and existing problems of Weishan Irrigation District, a large Yellow River diversion irrigation district. It puts forward ideas and measures for the overall implementation of supporting and reconstruction of irrigation and drainage projects, digital construction, water ecological protection and restoration, and innovation of management systems and mechanisms, so as to build a modern irrigation district with "complete facilities, water-saving and high-efficiency, scientific management and sound ecology", providing references for the modernization reconstruction of other irrigation districts.
