《水工程建设规划同意书制度管理办法(试行)》自2007年公布实施以来,作为涉水工程建设的行政许可办法,在强化水利规划管理、规范工程建设、保障流域合理开发治理等方面起到了重要作用。文章以台儿庄区运河街道陈庄提水站及引水涵洞重建工程为案例,剖析水工程建设规划同意书论证过程中的关键要点,旨在为类似水工程的科学规划与顺利实施提供参考。

Abstract:

Since the promulgation and implementation of the Measures for the Administration of Planning Approval Certificate System for Water Project Construction (Trial) in 2007, as an administrative licensing measure for water projects, it has played an important role in strengthening water resources planning management, standardizing project construction, and ensuring the rational development and regulation of river basins. Taking the reconstruction project of Chenzhuang Pumping Station and Water Diversion Culvert in Yunhe Sub-district, Tai'erzhuang District as a case, this paper analyzes the key points in the demonstration process of the planning approval certificate for water project construction, aiming to provide a reference for the scientific planning and smooth implementation of similar water projects.
