淄博市作为全国110座严重缺水城市之一,近年来通过推进水权交易改革,积极探索水资源的市场化配置方式,取得了一定成效。文章在总结淄博市水权交易实践的基础上,分析了其成效和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,旨在为进一步优化水权交易制度、提高水资源利用效率提供参考。

Abstract:

As one of the 110 severely water-scarce cities in China, Zibo has actively explored the market-oriented allocation of water resources by promoting the reform of water right trading and achieved remarkable results in recent years. On the basis of summarizing the practice of water right trading in Zibo Municipality, this paper analyzes its achievements and existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming to provide references for further optimizing the water right trading system and improving the utilization efficiency of water resources.
