总结了太河水库安全生产“六项机制”建设的创新经验及保障措施。实践表明,此项机制显著提升了水库工程安全管控与应急处置水平,可为同类水库安全生产风险管控提供借鉴。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the innovative experience and supporting measures of constructing the "Six Mechanisms" for safety production of Taihe Reservoir. Practice proves that the mechanisms have remarkably improved the safety management and emergency response capacity of reservoir projects, which can serve as a reference for safety risk management of similar reservoirs.
