莒南县河湖库塘生态环境整治策略与实践成效

Strategies and Actual Effects of Ecological Environment Remediation for Rivers, Lakes, Reservoirs and Ponds in Junan

莒南县作为山东省水网密集的典型县域,近年来通过系统性、创新性的河湖库塘生态环境整治策略,实现了从“水患治理”到“水生态文明建设”的跨越。文章从组织架构、制度创新、科技赋能、生态修复等维度,系统梳理莒南县在河湖库塘治理中的系统策略,并结合实践成效提出建议,为同类地区提供参考。

Abstract:

As a typical county with a dense water network in Shandong Province, Junan County has achieved a leap from "flood control" to "water ecological civilization construction" in recent years, through systematic and innovative ecological environment remediation strategies for rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ponds. This paper systematically sorts out the comprehensive strategies adopted by Junan County in the improvement of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ponds from the dimensions of organizational structure, institutional innovation, technological empowerment and ecological restoration. Combined with practical effects, suggestions are put forward accordingly to provide references for similar regions.
