通过运用数字化、信息化、智能化三大手段,深度融合大数据、云计算、数字孪生等新一代信息技术于胜利渠灌区智慧化管理系统平台建设,旨在提升灌区业务管理手段,增强长效保护与监管能力,实现灌区信息的自动化与智能化监测及智慧化监管,提高灌区工程的运行与管理效益。

Abstract:

By adopting digitalization, informatization and intellectualization, this study integrates new-generation information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and digital twin into the construction of the smart management platform for Shengli Canal Irrigation District. It aims to optimize management methods, improve long-term protection and supervision capacity, realize automatic and intelligent monitoring as well as smart supervision of irrigation district information, and enhance the operation and management benefits of irrigation projects.
