东平县农业节水灌溉现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Agricultural Water-Saving Irrigation in Dongping

摘要:

文章分析了东平县农业节水灌溉现状,指出了高效节水灌溉技术推广不足、管理水平低及资金不足等问题,并从灌溉技术科学使用、管理能力提高、多元化融资机制及长效机制构建等方面提出几点建议,为区域农业节水增效与水资源刚性约束制度落实提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the existing status of agricultural water-saving irrigation in Dongping County, and identifies prominent problems such as insufficient popularization of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation technologies, backward management and capital shortage. Countermeasures are proposed from rational application of irrigation technologies, management capability upgrading, diversified financing mechanism and long-term operational system construction, providing references for regional agricultural water saving & efficiency improvement as well as implementation of the rigid constraint system on water resources.
