    摘要:

    寿光市作为大棚蔬菜生产基地,受地势低平与极端降雨频发影响,大棚内涝风险突出。尽管通过采取优化工程措施、创新筹资方式、加强工程管护、完善防汛体系等,已构建较为完善的水网体系,但当前农田大棚排涝系统仍面临排水受阻、资金不足、用地制约、区域管护不健全等问题。文章结合历史灾情与实地调研,提出优化建议,旨在提升区域防灾减灾能力,为类似地区的大棚排涝治理提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As a major greenhouse vegetable production base, Shouguang City is exposed to prominent waterlogging risks in greenhouses due to low-lying terrain and frequent extreme rainfall. A relatively complete regional water network has been established by optimizing engineering measures, innovating fund-raising modes, strengthening project operation & maintenance and improving flood control system. However, the existing drainage system for greenhouse farmland is still confronted with obstacles including poor drainage efficiency, capital shortage, land use constraints and imperfect regional management and maintenance. Combined with historical flood disasters and field investigations, this paper puts forward targeted optimization proposals to improve regional disaster prevention and mitigation capacity and offer references for greenhouse waterlogging control in similar regions.
