摘要:

东阿县作为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略定位的重要核心区，通过实施水资源优化配置工程、开展灌区现代化节水改造工程以及再生水循环利用工程等系统性建设，全面提升水安全保障水平。同步强化水资源消耗总量和强度双控管理，重点围绕水生态修复与保护工程，系统开展水土保持综合治理，创新实施河湖生态流量保障机制，有效破解区域性水安全难题。

Abstract:

As a key core area for the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin, Dong'e County comprehensively improves water security capacity via systematic projects including optimal water resources allocation, modern water-saving renovation of irrigation areas and reclaimed water recycling utilization. The county strengthens dual control over total water consumption and intensity. Centering on water ecological restoration and protection, it carries out comprehensive soil and water conservation, innovates ecological flow guarantee mechanism for rivers and lakes, and effectively resolves regional water security risks.
