东平县二十里铺灌区现代化改造项目成效及建议

Achievements and Suggestions on Modernization Upgrade Project of Ershilipu Irrigation District in Dongping

摘要:

文章以山东省东平县二十里铺引湖灌区现代化改造提升项目为研究对象, 系统分析了该灌区改造后的运行成效、存在问题及优化路径。通过对灌区节水配套改造、现代化升级措施及其经济效益的全面评估,表明:改造项目显著提高了灌溉用水效率,减少了水资源浪费,促进了农业增产和农民增收。同时,针对灌区运行中面临的基础设施、管理机制、技术应用等服务能力问题,提出了加强工程精细化管理、智慧灌区建设、生态化发展等优化建议,以期推动灌区高质量可持续发展。

Abstract:

Taking the modernization upgrade project of Ershilipu Lake-diversion Irrigation District in Dongping County as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the operation effects, existing deficiencies and optimization routes after the district's reconstruction. Through comprehensive evaluation on water-saving supporting renovation, modernization upgrading measures and corresponding economic benefits, reveals that the renovation project has boosted irrigation water use efficiency, cut water resource waste, and driven agricultural output growth and farmers' income increase. In view of service capacity bottlenecks concerning infrastructure, management system and technical application during irrigation operation, proposals including refined project management, smart irrigation district construction and eco-oriented development are put forward to advance high-quality and sustainable development of the irrigation district.
