Abstract:Based on the evaluation data of Grade 5 and above river and lake dykes in Zibo Municipality, this paper focuses on analyzing the current situation of dykes, sorts out existing problems including structural defects, local degradation, lagging information management and blind spots in collaborative management by category. Proposals are put forward from: risk hierarchical control, basic data management, standardized and property-oriented operation & maintenance, cross-departmental collaborative supervision and intelligent early warning response, aiming to provide a systematic and practical management paradigm for improving regional flood control security capacity.
