Standardized Management and Application of Guangming Reservoir Project in Xintai

总结了新泰市光明水库成功创建水利部标准化管理经验,通过分析光明水库工程标准化管理存在的问题,提出"管理事项-管理制度-操作流程"创建思路,形成"目标-流程-考核"闭合管理模式,初步构建起事项明确、标准清晰、程序规范、岗位职责明确的标准化管理框架,为水利工程创建标准化管理提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes the experience of Guangming Reservoir in Xintai City in successfully achieving the standardized management certification issued by the Ministry of Water Resources. By analyzing the existing problems in its standardized management, put forward the construction idea of management items-management systems -operational procedures, and formed a closed-loop management mode of objectives-processes-assessment. A standardized management framework with clear items, definite standards, standardized procedures and well-defined job responsibilities has been initially established, which can serve as a reference for the standardized management of water projects.
