Practice on Construction of Long-term Mechanism for Standardized Management of Hudong Embankment Project

摘要:

水利工程标准化管理是水利高质量发展的关键。本文以湖东堤堤防、水闸工程为对象,阐述其以维修养护、风险防控、制度建设等为抓手的创建路径,及以“五化”建长效机制、探索特色发展的实践。其“从补短板到显特色”的经验,可为行业管理提档升级提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Standardized management of water projects is the key to high-quality development of water industry. Taking the dykes and sluice projects of Hudong Embankment as the research object, this paper elaborates its construction path relying on maintenance, risk prevention and control and system establishment, as well as its practice of building a long-term mechanism with "Five Modernizations" and exploring characteristic development. Its experience of "making up weak links before highlighting distinctive features" provides references for upgrading industrial management standards.
