    文章以淄博市某化工公司水平衡测试数据为基础,聚焦循环水系统温差优化与水质提升两大关键方向,深入分析当前系统运行现状、存在的问题及节水潜力。通过对1#和2#循环水场运行参数的对比分析,结合同类化工企业先进经验,从工艺优化、设备改造、水质管控、管理强化等维度提出优化方案,旨在提高循环水系统用水效率,降低新鲜水取用量和运行成本,为化工企业循环水系统节能节水改造提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the water balance test data of a chemical enterprise in Zibo Municipality, this paper focuses on two key directions: temperature difference optimization and water quality improvement of circulating water systems, and deeply analyzes the current operation status, existing problems and water-saving potential of the system. Through comparative analysis of operating parameters of No.1 and No.2 circulating water plants, combined with advanced experience of similar chemical enterprises, a optimization scheme is proposed from the dimensions of process optimization, equipment renovation, water quality control and management improvement. The research intends to raise the water use efficiency of circulating water systems, reduce fresh water intake and operating costs, and offer references for energy-saving and water-saving renovation of circulating water systems in chemical enterprises.
