Abstract:Based on the water balance test data of a chemical enterprise in Zibo Municipality, this paper focuses on two key directions: temperature difference optimization and water quality improvement of circulating water systems, and deeply analyzes the current operation status, existing problems and water-saving potential of the system. Through comparative analysis of operating parameters of No.1 and No.2 circulating water plants, combined with advanced experience of similar chemical enterprises, a optimization scheme is proposed from the dimensions of process optimization, equipment renovation, water quality control and management improvement. The research intends to raise the water use efficiency of circulating water systems, reduce fresh water intake and operating costs, and offer references for energy-saving and water-saving renovation of circulating water systems in chemical enterprises.
